I love this. I do get self conscious when I walk to the place where I run and even when I run, I am also wary of my surroundings. But having music really helps alot, it shuts out all the noise, and I force myself to focus on my running, and sooner or later, instead of worrying about who’s looking at you, you are busy with pyscho-ing and trying to push yourself further and your eyes are trained to the path in front of you.
